Refund/Cancellation:  We fully understand that sometimes plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: To help us manage scheduling effectively, we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. However, if you provide us with the 48 hours required, we will be happy to apply your payment as a full store credit towards a future service.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the payment or partial store credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
